I created my account and password, but I can't log in to my Hokodo Buyer Portal?

If you created your Hokodo Buyer Portal account but cannot log in, check the following:


  • Use the exact same email address: Make sure you use the exact same email address registered on the platform where you placed your order. It is case-sensitive, so if you used a capital letter in your email and/or password, you need to enter it the same way in the Buyer Portal.


  • Account not activated: If the account was created but you did not click on the "Activate your account" button after receiving the email (which may be in your spam folder), you will not be able to log in. The link is only available for 24 hours for security reasons. You can try creating your account again to receive the email and activate your account.


  • Incorrect or forgotten password: If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot password?" to receive instructions on how to reset it.
