Why am I not eligible for payment terms?

Modified on Thu, 17 Oct at 9:42 AM

Hokodo is constantly refining its eligibility criteria and occasionally this means that buyers who were previously eligible for payment terms may no longer be deemed creditworthy anymore.

Please also note that unpaid invoices may affect your available credit limit and eligibility for our payment plans. You can view your credit limit and payment plans by logging into your Hokodo Buyer Portal.

To check your eligibility, you need to submit a request to our credit team. You can do this directly from your Buyer Portal account by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Buyer Portal account.
  2. Once logged in, click on "Request a higher limit" and follow the instructions.

To facilitate this process, we recommend submitting your last three business account statements or your most recent annual accounts. Additional documents may be requested if necessary.

The eligibility review may take up to three business days. You will receive an email once the review is complete.

Note: Hokodo’s eligibility criteria vary between merchants, so you may not always be eligible for our payment plans. If you need further information, please contact our support team at support@hokodo.co.
