How do I increase my credit limit using the Buyer Portal?

To increase your credit limit, please submit a request to our credit team directly from your Buyer Portal account. Follow these steps:

1. Sign up or log in to your Buyer Portal account via this link.
2. Once logged in, click on "Request a higher limit" and follow the instructions.

To facilitate the review, we recommend attaching your last three business bank statements or your most recent annual accounts.

The review of your credit limit may take up to three business days. You will receive an email once it is complete.
