What is the Buyer Portal and how can I access it?

The Buyer Portal is your central hub for managing your Hokodo payment plans. It offers a range of features to help you stay on top of your business transactions, including the ability to:

  • Monitor your credit limit and track your spend.
  • Request a credit limit increase if you need a higher limit.
  • Keep track of your orders and payments, and review the details of each order you've placed to date.
  • Download your invoices.


You can create your account or log in to the Buyer Portal now. Please note that you must use the same email address you use on the merchant's platform to access your account.


To access your Buyer Portal and view your credit limit, orders, and payments, you need to create an account using your email address (the same one you use on the platform where you place your orders) and set a password. You will then receive an email asking you to activate your account (it may be in your junk folder). Click the button to activate your Buyer Portal account.
