Can you send me the invoice for my order?

If you need to download the invoice(s) for your order(s), follow the simple steps outlined below.


1. Log in to your Hokodo Buyer Portal account

  • To access your order details and invoices, first log in to your Hokodo Buyer Portal account using this link.
  • If you do not have an account yet, you can create one by following this link.


2. Navigate to your orders

  • After logging in, click on the 'Orders' tab located on the left-hand side of the dashboard. This page displays a summary of all your orders and statuses.


3. View payment information and download invoices

  • To download the invoice(s) for a specific order, click on the corresponding order in the table.
  • If an invoice is available for download, you will find it within this section. Simply click to download the file.


What to do if no invoice is available

If you do not see an invoice available for download in the Hokodo Buyer Portal, it means that the merchant has not provided the invoice to Hokodo. 


In this case, we recommend that you:

  1. Log in to your account on the merchant's platform – You may be able to download the invoice directly from there.
  2. Contact the merchant directly – Reach out to the merchant to request the invoice if it’s not available on either the Hokodo Buyer Portal or the merchant’s platform.


Please note that the merchant with whom you placed the order is responsible for creating and providing the invoice. Hokodo does not always have access to your invoice documents and cannot make any changes to invoices if they contain incorrect information.
