If you mistakenly make a payment to the merchant instead of Hokodo, please notify us by contacting our support team at support@hokodo.co.
When you choose a Hokodo payment plan at checkout, your payment must be made directly to Hokodo, not to the merchant.
Here's what to expect based on your chosen payment method:
Card or Direct Debit: If you select card or direct debit, the payment will automatically be taken from your account on the due date, so no further action is required from you.
Bank Transfer: If you select bank transfer, you must manually pay Hokodo using the bank details provided in the confirmation email. Do not send your payment directly to the merchant.
All payments plans with Hokodo need to be made to Hokodo directly, using the bank details provided in the confirmation email you receive from us.
