Can I postpone the due date?

If you ever need to postpone paying for one of your payment plans, you cannot do this by yourself.


You can submit your request to delay your payment plan by contacting our Collections team at collections@hokodo.co. Please give as many information as possible, such as the desired new payment date and your reason for postponing.


Our team will review your request and get back to you with more information.
