If you are an Ankorstore customer with an Ankorstore Plus subscription but are no longer eligible for the 90-day payment plan, you can submit a request to our Credit team.
Here's how to do it:
Log in or create an account on your Buyer Portal.
Click on "Request a higher limit".
Follow the instructions and mention in the comments that you would like access to the 90-day payment plan.
Upload one of the following documents:
Your last three professional bank statements, or
Your most recent annual accounts.
If the option to upload documents isn’t available, it means they are not required - no need to upload anything.
If you cannot submit a credit request (e.g. the button is inactive), please contact our support team at support@hokodo.co.
Your request may take up to three working days to be reviewed. You will receive an email once the verification is complete.
