How do I change my payment details for future orders?

We are unable to update the details of your banking information (card or IBAN) for an existing payment plan.


You can provide us with the details of your new card or bank account for your future orders directly from your Buyer Portal account by clicking on the 'Settlement methods' tab. Kindly note that you must add a new settlement method before removing your current one.


Please contact support@hokodo.co if you need to settle an existing payment plan with a different payment method. Our team can provide you with a payment link to pay with a different card (if you previously selected card as your payment method), or bank account details to pay by bank transfer.
