Can I change my card or direct debit details before the due date?

We are unable to update the details of your banking information (card or IBAN) for an existing payment plan.


You can provide us with the details of your new card or bank account for your future orders directly from your Buyer Portal account by clicking on the 'Settlement methods' tab.


You will also be able to update this information the next time you place an order with a Hokodo payment plan by clicking on the pencil icon once you reach the payment page.



Please contact support@hokodo.co if you need to settle an existing payment plan with a different payment method. Our team can provide you with a payment link to pay with a different card (if you previously selected card as your payment method), or bank account details to pay by bank transfer.
