Why has my payment plan been rejected?

If you receive an email stating that Hokodo has not accepted your payment plan after placing your order, this means that you do not meet our eligibility requirements.


Alternatively, if your payment plan required an upfront payment, it could also indicate that the upfront payment was unsuccessful.
