Why is my SEPA mandate "recurring"?

Modified on Thu, 17 Oct at 9:57 AM

The term "Recurring" listed on your SEPA mandate does not imply that you will be debited periodically. Instead, it signifies that you won't need to enter your bank details repeatedly to establish a new mandate for each order placed with a Hokodo payment plan.

If you place several orders, each direct debit will occur only once, specifically on the payment due date, covering the amount linked to your order.
